Pumpkin carving success.....we FINALLY managed to get both kids to actually touch the guts. K had so much fun after finally doing it. She made pumpkin gut pie and was a lil sad when I threw it out. E had a hard time with the carving, it was hurting his arm....he's still not 100% & it could take a full year until he is. Katelynn just got over it so I did most of the work. I have to say I was relieved when they didn't pick one of the "patterns" from the carving book. Hearts & flowers are way easier:) Josh and Eli were a little more creative....a Buck Knife, butterfly and truck. Josh's hand was a tad tired too!!
