Carousel Party

Every year my Mom's work puts on a Christmas Party at the carousel downtown. They collect Toys for Tots and offer cookies for all the kiddies. And what Christmas party would be complete without Santa and Mrs. Claus?! Eli and Katelynn were very excited this year. They each bought (well I did but they picked) a toy to bring....Little Einsteins toys and believe it or not but they were the same. They talked on and on about Santa but when it came down to it neither one was interested much in Santa. Katelynn did end up talking his ear off....from arms length but Eli wouldn't even get close! The highlight for Katelynn was riding the horses (a first!!)....she loved every minute. Eli on the other hand opted for the bench yet again. I was able to talk him into riding a horse with me though. All in all it was a great time, we look forward to next year!!
