Driving

I taught the kids about the traffic lights....this may be where I went wrong. Now anytime they see a red light they start yelling...."its red stop Mommy, stop Mommy". And they think I have the power to change them...."I want it red, no I want it green". Of course I taught them that yellow means go slow so when I speed up to make it through they say "not fast Mommy, yellow is slow". 

And today K made another observation. A school bus was passing us going in the same direction on her side and she started screaming "we're going backwards, we're going backwards!" I had to laugh. I guess it does look that way sometimes.
