Hoppy Easter:) Eli and Katelynn had a great time getting ready for the Easter Bunny. They decided to leave him their favorite egg, a carrot and a glass of water. First K picked the biggest carrot but then lost her mind and wanted the smaller one. Eli stepped right in to take it off her plate. It was really sweet....he made a trade.
And Easter morning started off with a bang at 6am. Man I wish these monkeys would learn to sleep in!! They woke up asking if the Easter Bunny was still here. Too funny. They excitedly came down to see what he'd eaten, what he'd left and then the search was on for all the eggs he'd hidden.
Eli really cowboyed up....he wasn't feeling good at all but managed to make it though the morning festivities before needing a break. Poor kid has spent basically all day on the couch. He'll have a few minutes of energy before crashing. By days end Katelynn is really heading downhill. Poor monkeys!!
