We spent Saturday at Bear Lake for fishing and a picnic...well that was the plan. Eli and Katelynn wanted nothing to do with fishing (E did catch a fish in about 2 minutes though) and spent the entire day in the lake. Since they've never wanted to get in the lake before we didn't even pack swimsuits. Luckily I did bring a towel. So they spent the day in their undies....good thing they're still young enough to do that!
It was a beautiful day and the kids had a great time. The one downfall.....we had to walk in since the gate is closed until June 1st. It wasn't an issue on the way in but by the end of the day they were so tired and crabby the walk out was a nightmare. Bugs & whiny kids, good times.
